Antimonopoly Service Employees Day in Tajikistan Date in the current year: January 11, 2025

Based on the results of the review, the Antimonopoly Service may approve the transaction, approve it with conditions, or prohibit it.

The Antimonopoly Service of Tajikistan also regulates the prices of essential goods and services. It monitors price fluctuations, approves price lists for paid services in certain areas, and addresses unjustified price increases. As part of its supervisory functions, the service conducts inspections, identifies antitrust legislation violations, issues orders to eliminate them, and holds violators accountable. Finally, the service considers appeals and complaints from citizens and businesses regarding unfair competition and restrictions on market access.
