Employee Appreciation Day was created for all companies as the day, when bosses can thank their employees for their hard work and effort throughout the year. Really good people are very hard to find, that's why using all manners and techniques to boost the staff is more efficient, than spending money on constant training of new people.

Like Boss's Day, this holiday also gains recognition. As far as this is not a public holiday and people don't have a day off, the bosses can appreciate their employees in other ways. For example, the employer can treat staff with a breakfast, lunch or snacks, organize an outdoor team building exercise or office party. Providing staff with additional day off is also a way to appreciate their work and strengthen the bond between employer and employees.
