5 Ways to Motivate Yourself Early in the Morning

5 Ways to Motivate Yourself Early in the MorningEvery morning your wake up and never want to get out of bed, especially if it's winter. The very first idea that pops in your mind is to close your eyes and spend the whole day in you bed, and it seems to be the best thought ever. There's no time for such things, because new day brings you many challenges and opportunities to achieve something more and bigger, than you have now. Now, what you need to do is to motivate yourself early in the morning.

#1 Make a list of to-do things the night before. Get used to make the list of things to do before you go to bed. It's very simple and you give your mind some time to get prepared for the next day, plan the strategy, etc. If you start morning without this list, you wake up with a mess in you head that terrifies you.

#2 No negative thoughts in the morning. Early morning isn't the right time to think of your mistakes and problems. If your mind keeps going back to negative thoughts, learn the habit of having constructive self talk, or at least use the self help tapes, that are great to listen in the morning while you're going to work.

#3 Make your goals the first thing that you see in the morning. Our brains need constant reminding about the goals that we want to achieve, and if you have troubles with that, then make a visual board and hang it somewhere in you room, where you will see it after waking up. Looking at your goals will motivate you to get up and get going.

#4 Think about what you will achieve. Thinking about the things you need to do during the day is depressing. There are so many hard tasks that you have to accomplish, and it makes you feel tired. Trick your mind and think about the things, that you will achieve during the day, instead of the process you have to go through.

#5 Be disciplined. You barely find time early in the morning to have breakfast, but you would rather die than missing the messages from your friends and leaving your e-mail unchecked. Be disciplined and set priorities. Social media and your favorite sites shouldn't distract you from the things that need to be done first.

#6 Remember about your desire. Do you have one absolute desire, that makes you moving and achieving something more? You should remember it and always keep in your mind. The thing that you want is the driving force behind everything that you do. And it can make the difference between one more lazy day and the day when you complete everything once you set yourself to do that. So think about your desire once you get out of bed and start a new day full of energy!
