The Soul Beach Music Festival is one of the most colorful and entertaining cultural events in Aruba. Focusing primarily on soul music, it takes place every year over Memorial Day weekend.

The Aruba Soul Beach Music Festival is a five-day festival for soul music lovers filled with concerts, beach parties, nightclub events, and comedy shows. This event is sure to amaze you with quality music, top class artists and comedians, and of course lots of fun!

The Soul Beach Music Festival was founded in 1999 and has since become one of the most anticipated music festivals in Aruba and arguably in the entire Caribbean. It was voted a #1 Caribbean Summer Festival by Jetsetter Magazine and one of the Top Five Caribbean Celebrations by USA Today. The festival draws tens of thousands of people who come to the beautiful island of Aruba to enjoy its smoldering beaches and top-quality entertainment.

The Soul Beach Music Festival offers an exciting program packed with amazing events and activities. It features the Aruba Welcome Celebration at one of the island’s beaches, afternoon parties for those who don’t want to wait until evening to have fun, live radio remote broadcasts, comedy concerts, nightclub parties, and main stage concerts with a star-studded line-up. On the final day, festival-goers are treated to the Memorial Day “Cool Down” BBQ and one last Soul Beach Party. Many of the events are free, but comedy and music concerts and some parties require admission tickets.

Every year, the Soul Beach Music Festival features some of the world’s best soul, R&B and hip-hop artists. For example, the 2018 line-up included Alicia Keys, Maxwell, Marlon Wayans, Sevyn Streeter, Guy, DJ Jazzy Jeff, The Box, DJ Frank Ski, DJ E-Jazz, DJ Chris Dope, DJ Mars, and DJ Diablo.
