Taste Festivals is a company which runs a series of food festivals around the world, from São Paulo to London to Sydney. Its Hong Kong event, Taste of Hong Kong, was launched in 2016. It is held every march at Central Harbourfront Event Space, offering its guests an amazing journey to the land of delicious food, exciting culinary shows and quality music.

Taste Festivals launched in 2004 with Taste of London. Since then, Taste Festivals have taken place in more than a dozen cities, including Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Cork, Dublin, Cape Town, Edinburgh, Chirico, Milan, Dubai, Auckland, Paris, Amsterdam, Abu Dhabi, and more. In many cities, these festivals are the most popular and anticipated culinary event of the year.

Launched in 2016, Taste of Hong Kong is one of the newest Taste events. Like other Taste Festivals, it consists of several sessions, each lasting between 4–5 hours. During a session, attendees have an opportunity to taste delicious restaurant dishes, browse the Gourmet Market, and enjoy the festival’s numerous attractions. To attend a festival, you need to buy a ticket for a specific session.

What does Taste of Hong Kong has to offer? The festival features Hong Kong’s best restaurants and international guests offering exquisite dishes at affordable prices, world class chefs, wine tasting, pop-up bars, workshops and masterclasses, gourmet shopping, family fun, and live music.

Each restaurant participating in the festival offers a choice of three dishes, one of which is exclusive to Taste, plus their limited edition “icon dishes”. Portions are small so that attendees have a chance to sample as many dishes as they like. The festival’s line-up of culinary stars is just as impressive as its restaurant list. Renowned and up-and-coming chefs from Hong Kong and abroad impress the audience with their culinary skills and serve their gastronomic delights.
