Lviv IT Arena is organized by Lviv IT Cluster, Eleks, Startup Depot, LITS, and N-iX. Launched in 2014 as a local event, it has since grown to become one of Eastern Europe’s biggest tech conferences. For example, IT Arena 2016 featured over 100 speakers and 1800 participants from 12 countries. The event draws developers, designers, startuppers, business analysts, and entrepreneurs from all over Europe.
Lviv IT Arena explores topics from breakthrough technologies to challenges the Ukrainian IT industry is facing at the moment. The conference is divided into three streams: Business, Product, and Technology. Each stream offers an extensive programming of panels, lectures, meetings, and workshops featuring international speakers.
The main highlights of the conference include Startup Competition, Tech Expo, Tech Lounge, and Futureland Festival. The Lviv IT Arena Startup Competition is one of the leading events for startups in Eastern Europe. It gives startuppers an opportunity to pitch their projects in front of 100+ investors, business angels, and entrepreneurs.
Tech Expo is a two-day exhibition of the newest technologies and hardware startups. It presents the best software and hardware technologies in areas such as robotics, drones, 3D printing, wearable technologies, IT solutions, augmented and virtual reality, smart home, and smart city.
